HARD TRUTH

God's message doesn't always make us happy but is always hope for those who heed his words. Today, more than ever, we need the whole truth and nothing but the truth, even if it's hard to swallow.

In the final week of the series, "Hard Truth", Pastor Samson explores Isaiah 53 which describes the suffering, death, burial, and resurrection of a servant figure who will bear the sins of many. He emphasizes that The Servant described in the passage is Jesus Christ and encourages us to reflect on our own response to Him and the salvation He offers.

Pastor Samson urges us to accept Christ as The Suffering Servant and be included among the "many" for whom He bore the sins. Listen and be challenged.

Discover the remarkable journey of Hezekiah, a king who trusted in the Lord his God above all else. Despite facing overwhelming opposition, Hezekiah's unwavering faith and obedience brought success.

In Week 3 of our series, "Hard Truth", Pastor Rodney explores the challenges Hezekiah overcame, the lessons he learned, and the importance of trusting God in all circumstances. As you listen, examine your own trust in God and witness the incredible impact it can have on your life.

In week 2 of our sermon series, Hard Truth, Pastor Samson preaches from Isaiah 22:1-25 where he discusses three main sections: The Impending Doom, The Blindness in the Battle, and The Shadow of Hope. Through this text, he highlights the importance of understanding the tone and intent of Old Testament prophecies, which often carry a heavy burden and reflect God's desire for His people to turn away from sin.

This powerful message points us to Jesus as the ultimate solution for sin, shame, and hopelessness, offering salvation and restoration to all who believe in Him. Listen and be challenged.

In week one of our new series, Hard Truth, Pastor Rodney opens with the 12th chapter of Isaiah to show how rebellion is the root cause of many sins but one encounter with the holiness of God can positively impact our lives. Jesus became our ultimate hope by paying our debt on the cross. The message of Isaiah is that judgement and pain come, but Jesus settled our debts so we can come to the throne of God. This message is a reminder that hope springs forth, even in hard times.
