RUACH
The Hebrew word for spirit in the Bible is “Ruach” — which translated means breath, wind, spirit, or energy. It is God’s spirit that gives life to all and that sustains that life. More precisely, Holy Spirit is God’s personal presence at work in the world [specially in his followers] to bring about his purposes.
To close out this amazing series, Ruach, Pastor Rodney preaches from Ezekiel 37 -- the story of the valley of dry bones. He uses this scripture passage to remind us that God is always present everywhere and that He, the Good Shepherd, is making all things new.
We continue our Ruach series with another incredible message from Pastor Rodney, this time from chapter 2 of the book of Judges. We learn how vital consistency is in our lives, and we see what a consistent and Spirit-led life can look like.
For the second week of our Ruach series, we look at Romans chapter 8. Pastor Rodney teaches us about what it means to be under new ownership. We see how being under new ownership gives us new obligations and options. We learn that choosing to be obedient to Holy Spirit will be hard, but that in the process, we will grow to be more like Christ.
Pastor Rodney is back, and he is starting off our Ruach series with a great word from Romans chapter 8. He explains to us that Ruach is God’s personal presence and power. We learn how Ruach convinces, creates, and changes. We are challenged to examine how Ruach has changed and is changing us personally.
